Our family-run pasta factory was born in the heart of the Ciociaria area, in Cassino in the province of Frosinone, a renowned land with a centuries-old culinary tradition.
Typical pasta shapes prepared with high quality ingredients and with artisan processing methods are the secret of the work of the La Rocca family who have been passionately dedicated to the production of typical pasta for years. Italian milling semolina, use of fresh eggs coming exclusively from local farms, laminated processing at low temperatures, slow drying in wooden frames, accompanied by the care with which all the processing phases of our pasta are carried out.
